Ever have a difficult time falling asleep or taking a nap with so much noise around you? The app Dr. Sleep may help you say bye to these days.
Dr. Sleep is literally what the name says; your own personal doctor will assist you with your sleep and keep track of it, such as how long a nap should be or the amount of sleep you need a night. Great deal right?
Before you start, choose a track to play in the background. Choose from Dive, Gentle Whispers, Marina, Silk,Windy Night, Coastal Waves, or others.
Once the track is set, select the type of session you want to have. The Session List has options from light to intensive sleep sessions, cycle balancer, daytime energy or power nap, and nighttime healing delta. Each selection will preview a “recommended” section and everything you need to know about that session will be listed. It informs from the recommended time to what each selection will accomplish.
For example, the light sleep session recommends 40 minutes, but also recommends from 30 minutes to an hour regularly before you normally sleep to aid your sleeping rhythm, especially on those days when you are stressed or have too much going on in your mind. These situations not only keep us awake for hours and hours, but make us struggle with sleeping more each time. The session will train the brain to relax and help us sleep much easier.
Use Dr. Sleep at home, work (only during breaks of course), outdoors, or any place ideal for some sleeping/nap time. A timer and alarm are available as well, which makes the app more convenient to use. You can listen to the peaceful, soothing music all night long, rest enough, time your sessions, and still wake up on time.
