Quixey Leads the Way in App Search

Searching for apps can be a frustrating experience.

While both the App Store and Android Market have made strives to improve app  search and discoverability, much work remains.

Finding apps by function within Google or Bing can also be irritating, as you usually just get a list of links that is only sometimes relevant.

Windows 8 May Include App Store

This could be a potential Windows App Store

Screenshots circulating the Internet indicate that Windows 8 may be the next operating system to include an app store.

The phrase itself has been the subject of litigation and dispute between Apple, Microsoft and Amazon. The online sales behemoth also recently unveiled the Amazon Appstore for Android.
