It’s that time again. Zombie shooting time in Zombie Wonderland 2: Outta Time. Protect the town of Niceville and keep the zombies away by blasting their brains out with your shotgun and travelling back in time to help Chuck rid the zombies.
Chuck must help Dr. Krause create a powerful weapon to kill the zombies by travelling to different places such as ancient Egypt, a Viking hut, an old castle and a Samurai dojo.
New weapons have been added to the arsenal for maximum zombie blasting fun. Use a frostbite bullet to freeze the zombies dead in their tracks or the Medusa bullet that will turn them into stone. With each level comes a new zombie so equip yourself tactfully.
Zombie Wonderland 2 is a great game with wonderful and clear visual effects to keep the eye interested. Controls are very easy as all the user must do is tap on a zombie and the character, Chuck, will do the rest.
Game play starts out by suggesting to board up the windows so the zombies can’t enter as easily, after that if there is enough money the user can buy a turret gun to help shoot the zombies. The spud gun is the better and more powerful gun once it becomes affordable.
The game is very fun along with an interesting storyline. However, one thing the continuous tapping in each level can cause some finger fatigue. Users who want more variety or get bored easily will definitely tire of this game. It becomes a rapid, tapping game instead of a zombie killing game over time and could deter future game play. Although the quality is good game play does not change and can bore many players after 2 rounds.
Overall, Zombie Wonderland 2 deserves four stars for its visual effects, addictive game play (to the right user) and its fun and cute storylines. The music is just right for game play and the zombies’ sound effects are great. Play this game and you will have loads of fun killing and shooting endless zombies and cleaning up their goo afterwards.
