Gameloft recently announced that it has signed a worldwide strategic licensing deal with Hasbro, Inc. Gameloft will develop and market My Little Pony and Littlest Pet Shop brand digital gaming experiences on smartphone, tablet, and platforms including iOS and Android. Littlest Pet Shop will also be available on mobile. Gameloft set out to release the Hasbro-brand games before the year’s end. This partnership will likely lead to kid-friendly gaming success as Gameloft apps are ranked among the Top 10 Games in the iTunes App Store and Hasbro is a leading branded play company. Recent Gameloft hits have included Men in Black 3, Shark Dash, Ice Age Village and NOVA 3. A recent App Store Game of the Week is Asphalt 7 (we have a review in the works for this week).
